Arrival at the Paro International Airport with Guide and Driver

Day 02 :
Thimphu

Simtokha Dzong: Visit Bhutan’s oldest fortress.

Changangkha Lhakhang: Explore a 12th-century temple.

Takin Preservation Centre: See Bhutan’s national animal, the takin.

Lunch: At Folk Heritage.

National Institute of Zorig Chusum: Tour the traditional arts school.

Royal Textile Academy: Visit the national textiles museum.

Jungshi Handmade Paper Factory: Watch traditional

papermaking.Tashichho Dzong: End the day at the government seat.

Day 03 :
Punakha

Drive to Punakha (former capital of Bhutan).

Stop at Dochula Pass (3,100m) for 30 minutes of sightseeing.

Continue to Chimi Lhakhang, temple of the "Mad Saint" Drukpa Kinley.

Lunch: Traditional restaurant.

Visit Punakha Dzong, built with divine guidance by Zhabdrung.

End with a visit to Punakha’s suspension bridge.

Day 04 :
Gangtey

Drive to Gangtey, a stunning U-shaped valley and winter home to the endangered Black-Necked Crane.

Hike to Khamsum Yuelley Namgyal Chorten: 40-minute hike through paddy fields and chir pine forest to the chorten built by the third Queen Mother.

Enjoy a Nature Trail walk around Phobjikha Valley.

Check-in: Relax at your hotel and enjoy the scenic views of Phobjikha Valley.

Day 05 :
Phobjikha

Visit the Black-Necked Crane Information Center to learn about the endangered birds.

Explore Gangtey Goenpo (Gangtey Monastery), a 17th-century Nyingmapa monastery.

Hike around the area and visit nearby temples and monasteries.

Relax and take in the serene beauty of Phobjikha Valley.

Travel back to Thimphu (approx. 4 hours).

Check-in at your hotel and enjoy the city.

Explore handicraft shops, visit a café, and relax.

Option for small hikes around Thimphu (ask your guide for details).

Drive to Haa District (approx. 3 hours 30 minutes).

Upon arrival, check-in and rest before sightseeing.

Visit Lhakhang Karpo (White Temple), built in the 7th century by King Songtsen Gampo, believed to be chosen by a white pigeon.

Visit Lhakhang Nagpo (Black Temple), located near Lhakhang Karpo, chosen by a black pigeon and built on a lake.

Explore Wangchulo Dzong (Haa Dzong), built in 1915 and now the headquarters of the Indian Military Training Team.

Evening: Relax at the hotel or stroll around Haa Valley.

Drive back to Paro via Chele La Pass (Elevation 3,962m) for stunning views of Haa and Paro districts. Take photos along the way.

Check-in at your hotel and rest briefly.

Visit the National Museum (Ta Dzong), a former watchtower overseeing Paro Valley.

Explore Paro Dzong (Rinpung Dzong), a 15th-century fortress built by Gyalchog.

Evening: Stroll around Paro town and shop for souvenirs.

Visit Tiger's Nest (Paro Taktsang): Begin the 5-6 hour round-trip hike. Have a hearty breakfast and follow your guide’s instructions for a smooth hike. Don’t forget your camera to capture the stunning views.

Lunch: Either at the Tiger's Nest Cafeteria (vegetarian meals) or a local restaurant in Paro town.

After the hike, visit Kichu Lhakhang, a 7th-century temple built by King Songtsen Gampo as part of his mission to build 108 temples to banish evil spirits.

Relax: Enjoy a traditional hot stone bath to soothe your muscles after the hike.
